ORDER PROCESSING:
- After your order has been placed, it will be processed, produced, packaged then shipped.
- All orders are shipped, immediately following the production of your garment(s). If you are shopping with us internationally, we ask that you allow up to 6-10 business days to receive your order; after receiving your tracking number.
- All tracking information will be sent over directly, via email.
RETURN POLICY:
- All items returned must be returned in the original packaging in which it was sent, be unworn & unwashed to be considered eligible for a return.
- If you would like to return the item & or items in which you purchased, please contact us via email.
- Please understand, we are in no way, shape or form responsible for any lost packages being returned by our consumers.
- All sales items are finale sale.
EXCHANGES:- All exchanges must be of equal value to the initial purchases total. Shipping charges and tax fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your exchange to be processed.
- When the product being exchanged is received 1 of our Brand Representatives will reach out to you letting you know your exchange has been processed.
